We offer different materials and shapes for standard electrodes depending on the type of material to be welded.

Choosing the right spot welding electrode has a major impact on your cost factor and the quality of a welded joint. Both their uniformity in series production, whereby the service life (service life) of the spot welding electrode, i. H. whose deformation and wear under the influence of heat is decisive. For this reason, we offer different electrode materials for resistance welding technology depending on the type of material to be welded.
Spot welding electrodes made of electrolytic copper.

Copper-Chrome-Zircon.

Copper-Cobald-Berrylium.
Spot welding electrodes made of copper-cobalt-beryllium. made of copper-cobalt beryllium (CuCoBe, CuCo2Be), for welding high-alloy steel, NiCr alloys, Monel. High-strength and heat-resistant.
Tungsten/Copper.
Spot welding electrodes made of the material tungsten-copper and tungsten-copper-silver. Insertion electrode made of tungsten-copper or tungsten-copper-silver (WCu, WCuAg).
